The Position:

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Electrical Engineer who is eager to grow with a supportive management team. You'll be at the heart of the business, where your work will have a real impact on diverse and challenging projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading electrical designs from concept through to detailed design
• Interfacing with project delivery and control system integration teams (internal and external)
• Performing design reviews to ensure a high level of quality is met for all deliverables produced by the design team, and all project and client specifications are met
• Ensure designs are safe and meet expected industry standards.
• Collaborate with estimators and project execution professionals to ensure clients are offered solutions that meet or exceed their expectations, and provide innovative solutions
• Maintaining a constructive and collaborative relationship with clients

About You

We're looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience and a degree in electrical engineering. You'll use your expertise in electrical engineering design and contractor management, especially within the heavy industrial sector, to drive project success. Your ability to prioritise effectively and manage deadlines will be critical in our fast-paced environment. You are a passionate, collaborative, and innovative professional. You are committed to continuous learning and are ready to contribute to a team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of engineering. You will also have:

• A relevant electrical engineering qualification.
• Proficiency in Electrical Engineering design for MV/LV systems including motor control
• Experience in power system modelling using industry recognised software
• Electrical design experience and knowledge applicable to industrial projects, with a strong understanding of key Australian Standards.
• Machine safety experience is highly regarded
• Site project engineering experience is highly regarded
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
