The Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to play a key role in our continued growth. This Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of their accounts, overseeing the successful completion of all works with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability. Key responsibilities include:

• Take full ownership of assigned client sites to ensure satisfactory, value-adding, and efficient service delivery, meeting set margin and revenue growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the designated client base, proactively addressing their needs and fostering revenue growth through strategic initiatives and regular communication.
• Provide timely technical support and prepare quotations for the designated client base, ensuring prompt responses and effective communication regarding field technician movements.
• Develop and maintain site-specific work instructions and procedures, manage visitation calendars, and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Contribute to WIP and debtor management for the designated client base, identify new opportunities, and drive the development and implementation of growth strategies.
• Encourage cross-selling opportunities within the team and provide documented feedback to the Operations Manager on field staff performance

About You:

You are a Project Manager with proven experience taking full ownership of projects from inception to completion, complemented by significant electrical engineering experience across diverse sectors. Seeking a long-term opportunity, you will also possess the following skills and attributes:

• A-Grade Electrical License preferred and/or extensive hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of general electrical installations, including lighting, power, data, and communications.
• Current Driver’s License and willingness to travel for site visits.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical or commercial sector.
• Ability to work in a team environment, result orientation, assertiveness, motivation and inspiration, customer orientation, organizational awareness, decision making.
• Project Management Certification will be a plus.
