Job Descriptions

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Professional to join our team, looking after the Brisbane North territory.


Our client is a reputable and significant leader in the local industrial and infrastructure lighting sector. They maintain an exceptionally strong reputation built on superior product quality and high credibility across Resources, Industrial, and Infrastructure markets.


THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Territory Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships within your assigned region. You'll use your expertise to identify new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the existing customer base within the Brisbane North territory (including Regional travel)
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on our diverse range of products.
  • Work with clients to design and deliver effective solutions.
  • Regularly report on sales activities and market trends.
  • Travel four times per year for national meetings and professional development.


ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate is a strategic individual, combining the abilities of a "hunter-gatherer" (lead generation) and a "farmer" (relationship building and account growth).

You will Possess:

  • A verifiable track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
  • The capability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel regularly within the region.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in advanced lighting designs is desirable, but not mandatory.
