The Position:

 The National Service & Rollouts Estimator is responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing tender opportunities to support the strategic growth objectives. You'll be at the heart of the business, where your work will have a real impact on diverse and challenging opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Daily monitoring and performing Bid/No-Bid analysis on national tenders to ensure pursuit of commercially viable projects
• Coordinating with Estimating, Engineering, and Operations teams to gather accurate data for technical and financial proposals
• Compiling, organising, and submitting all documentation to ensure compliance and completeness of the final tender package

About You

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a foundation in electrical estimating to join our team. You are looking to leverage your existing industry knowledge in a challenging office-based role focused on securing new business. You are highly organised and possess strong computer literacy, particularly with documentation and financial tools (spreadsheets and Word documents), which is essential for managing complex tender submissions. Crucially, you demonstrate potential for growth and are enthusiastic about building a long-term career in estimation. You should ideally come from hands-on experience within an electrical contracting business and bring the practical perspective needed to create accurate, viable proposals. You will also have:

• A background in Electrical Estimating and/or an Electrical Licence
• Demonstrated proficiency in using spreadsheets and Word for professional documentation
• Experience gained directly within an electrical contracting environment (IDEAL)
• Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., EstimateOne, ConEst) is beneficial, but training will be provided
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
