The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Project Manager passionate about the Retail and Commercial L&P sectors? Ready to take full ownership of client relationships and manage contracts ranging from $100k to $2.5m? Limitless Recruitment is partnering with a reputable, long-established engineering company to find a driven Electrical Project Manager to join their North Melbourne team.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage accounts efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Client Ownership: Manage your designated client base, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
• Project Delivery: Oversee works from inception to completion, ensuring service delivery meets margin targets and customer expectations.
• Technical Support: Provide technical advice and accurate quotations, ensuring prompt communication regarding field technician movements.
• Operational Management: Develop site-specific work instructions, manage visitation calendars, and maintain accurate records.
• Financial Control: Contribute to WIP and debtor management and identify new business opportunities.

About You

We are looking for a long-term team player with proven experience in the electrical or commercial sectors. You are result-oriented, assertive, and capable of inspiring a team.

• Qualifications: A-Grade Electrical License is preferred (or extensive hands-on equivalent). Project Management Certification is a plus.
• Experience: Proven history of managing projects ($100k+) from start to finish in the electrical industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of general electrical installations (Lighting, Power, Data, Comms).
• Attributes: Exceptional organisational skills, business acumen (WIP/Debtor management), and a valid Driver’s License.
