The Role

This isn't just about ticking boxes; it’s about growth. You will be the face of your accounts, ensuring every project is delivered with precision, profitability, and a focus on customer delight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive value adding service delivery for your assigned sites, hitting margin and revenue targets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, proactively identifying new initiatives to grow their business (and yours).
• Provide prompt technical support, accurate quoting, and clear communication regarding field technician movements.
• Maintain site specific procedures, manage visitation calendars, and oversee accurate reporting.
• Identify cross selling opportunities and provide vital performance feedback on field staff to the Operations Manager.

About You

You are a proactive Project Manager who thrives on seeing a project through from inception to completion. You likely have a background in "tools on" electrical work and have transitioned into a strategic management role.

• An A-Grade Electrical License is highly preferred (or extensive hands on experience).
• Deep knowledge of general electrical installations, including lighting, power, data, and communications.
• Experience managing projects within the commercial or industrial sectors.
• You are assertive, motivated, and a natural decision maker who excels in a team environment.
• A current Driver’s License and a willingness to travel for site visits.
• Note: Project Management certification is a major plus!
